Q. My usage shows more than what I have actually downloaded, why? Top

There are two factors to consider:

(a) Any data passing though our network to your PC is considered a download, this may include often overlooked items such as Windows Updates, Antivirus Updates, Skype, and websites with rich multimedia content such as YouTube

(b) The primary communication method between devices across networks and the internet is 'TCP' (Transmission Control Protocol) which includes functions to ensure reliable data communication between two end points, this reliability comes at the cost of a small overhead in data size which is transmitted between two end points. Q. Can I log into Remote Support for some help now? Top
No - Remote support is only activated on an 'as needed' basis by ClubCOM, and is not appropriate for all situations or technical issues.
