1. The website operated by ClubCOM Utilities Pty Ltd (ClubCOM) provides a variety of information to the general public and to ClubCOM members. The information about you which we collect and store includes the following information:
(a) Information that identifies you, such as your name, date of birth, address, place of business and nature of business which is collected when you register and may be updated by you from time to time by using this website;

To access certain aspects of this site you are required to enter a user name and password. The user name and password are used in order to protect your privacy and security. It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not allow your user name or password to be disclosed to any other person. The ClubCOM site administrator has the ability to reset a user password.

However, it should be noted that the password remains invisible to the site administrator. The user has control over the selection of both user name and password.

6. Any personal information and any information generated through use of Cookies will be used in accordance with this Privacy and Security Statement for the purpose for which ClubCOM collected it as well as any other purposes related to ClubCOM’s normal business operations, and also:

(b) Other purposes connected with the operation, administration, improvement and development of ClubCOM;

(d) Where use is necessary to lessen or prevent a serious or imminent threat to life, health or safety or such a threat to public health or safety;
(e) Where such use is otherwise authorised by or under any law;
(f) Use of your email address in order to alert you to any changes or alterations in ClubCOM’s service that affect you.
7. ClubCOM also logs IP addresses, or the location of your computer on the Internet, for systems administration and troubleshooting purposes. We do not use IP address logs to track your session or your behaviour on our site. However, you should be aware that in the case of unlawful, defamatory or other similar material being placed on the ClubCOM website, ClubCOM may ask the police to investigate, in which case the identity of the perpetrator and the location of his/her computer would be traced through the IP.
8. ClubCOM shares the information it gathers, in de-personalised aggregate form, with advertisers and other partners. We will not release personal information about you as an individual to third parties.

(d) There are actual or anticipated legal proceedings and discovery would grant access to that information;

(g) Denial of access is authorised by or under any law;
(h) To do so would prejudice investigations into unlawful activities.
