ClubCOM Utilities provides a number of different plans suited to all needs, from our Starter Plan for occassional internet users, through to our Unlimited Ultra plan.

1	The ClubCOM Ultra-High-Speed fibre currently shares an aggregated backhaul link. Users can expect to obtain speeds of 12,000 to 15,000Kbps download and 2,000Kbps upload 80% of the time, based on testing conducted in October, 2009. Different speeds may be obtained at different times depending on the number of residents using the network at the time and general internet congestion external to our site. ClubCOM conduct tests on a monthly basis and it is our intention to report these tests on our website at the end of each month.
2	ClubCOM throttles back the speed when you reach your download limit, or 256Kbps on Premium Plans, except on the Unlimited Ultra Plan. No excess usage will be charged.
3	You will be advised when you reach your monthly download limit.

Download Quota and Speed Shaping:		Top
1	Consists of peak (10am - 1am) and off peak (1am - 10am customer's local time) download quota. Speed will be shaped to 128K (256K for Premium Plans) for the period in which the download quota has been exceeded (peak and/or off peak).
2	Speed will be shaped to 128k (256K for Premium Plans) once inclusive download quota is reached until the start of the next billing month.
3	You will be advised when you have reached your monthly download limit
4	We do not charge for excess downloads above the allowed amount within your chosen plan.

All payments must be made monthly via direct deposit, from either a credit card or nominated bank account.
