Our carrier grade Telephony services are delivered to residents by IP Systems' private network, and provide our customers with increased flexibility and cost benefits over many other carriers.
For regular international callers ClubCOM recommends the usage of our Global Saver plan which provides heavily reduced call rates for a large number of international destinations.

The ClubCOM telephone Service is a "Carrier" quality service provided by IP Systems. Calls within Australia are either directed to the best priced local carrier (Telstra, Optus etc) or are carried to capital cities on IP Systems own fibre links and then distributed by the local best priced carrier as a local call. |

Calls are charged per second used. The Minute rate shown above is for comparison with other carriers only. |

CAP - Discounted fixed price calls can be made at any time of any day (24/7) for the time limit displayed.
If the call is terminated at or before the limit, the call charge is calculated at the discount rate for the time used plus the Connect Charge (ie. 30 min call to Sydney $0.85). If the call duration is longer than the limit displayed the additional time over the limit is charged at the normal rate (ie. 31Min call to Sydney $0.85 + $0.18 = $1.03).
Other CAP rates may be advised from time to time. |

ClubCOM DO NOT use the internet for any telephony, however, as residents are aware you could use your ClubCOM high quality internet connection for low cost International calls. |

To ensure that residents are not inconvenienced by loss of service, the telephone system has a battery back-up in case of power failure and a separate 30 line ISDN service is attached to the resort infrastructure to allow calls to be made even in the event of failure of the Fibre Link to the City. |

Due to the nature of our telephony infrastructure, our telephone services are unable to support ADSL
technologies. |
