For any service outages, always call 1300 880 809 to report the issue.

During business hours your telephone call or email will be directed to the ClubCOM Utilities team.

Business Hours are from 8:00am till 5:00pm Monday to Friday (Excluding Public Holidays) unless otherwise indicated.

Outside business hours you will be requested to give your name, contact details and a brief description of your technical issue or enquiry.

This will then be recorded as a support ticket in our system which will be responded to on the next business day.

Please note that support tickets are subject to prioritisation based on the nature of the issue, and may not necessarily be responded to in the order that they were recieved.

If ClubCOM Utilities is notified of critical outage occuring outside business hours, or on a public holiday we will endeavour to respond to the problem and rectify it as soon as possible.

Resolution of any such issue will depend on available resources and the nature of the problem.

A critical outage is defined as a problem affecting a number of residential customers, which leads our team to believe that a core component or element of our network - or that of one of our providers has ceased to function correctly, or has completely ceased to function.

An example of this would be a complete loss of internet services to all of our customers.
