During the hours of 0800 and 1800 the number will be answered by the ClubLINKS front Desk.

Please inform the operator of your name address, a contact number and the nature of your problem:

  • TV
  • Internet
  • Telephone (supply telephone number)
  • Account or general information request provide details.

  • The operator will either answer your request for information, or log a service call and a technician will attend to your problem.

    Outside office hours the number will be diverted to an auto attendant and you will be asked the following questions:

    If you are experiencing a problem with your television or Internet Press -1

    This will connect you to a support line at PBN who will log the call.
    Please inform the operator of your name, address, a contact number and the nature of your problem.

    A technician will call you and attend to the problem.

    If you are experiencing a problem with your telephone Press -2

    This will connect you to a support line at IP Systems who will log the call.

    Please inform the operator of your name, address, the telephone number that has a fault, a mobile contact number and the nature of your problem.

    A technician will call you and attend to the problem

    If you are querying your telephone Account Press -3

    This will connect you to a support line at IP Systems who will discuss your account query and resolve the issue with you.

    If you wish to leave a message for ClubLINKS Press -4

    This will connect you to a message service that will email your enquiry to ClubLINKS front desk for action on the next working day.
