How to apply for a new email address:

1. Contact the ClubLINKS support line 1300 880 809

2. Provide details of the email address that you require and a contact number so that we can send you the confirmation e.g.
jsmith@sandhurst.net.au 8787 7777

3. Clublinks will advise PBN, who will set up the new email address and send back the following details within 24 hours:

    a. jsmith@sandhurst.net.au
    b. Incoming Mail Server POP3 = mail.sandhurst.net.au
    c. Outgoing Mail Server SMTP = mail.sandhurst.net.au
    d. A password (one for each email address).

How to set up a new email address in your PC:

4. Open your email software. The following instruction example is for Outlook, however others are similar:

    a. Select Tools
    b. Select E-Mail Accounts
    c. Select Add new email Account
    d. Select email Server Type = POP3. This will display the E-Mail Account screen.
    e. Enter the details provided into the appropriate boxes and your new email address is active.

Outlook Example:

User Information

Your Name: Paul Smith & Norma Kelly
Email Address: norma&paul@sandhurst.net.au
Incoming Mail Server POP3: mail.sandhurst.net.au
Outgoing Mail Server SMTP: mail.sandhurst.net.au

Logon Information:

User Name: norma&paul@sandhurst.net.au
Password: Jtcj31BM (Password
